CSOE
are the tools by which we stand or
fall as five element practitioners.
From years of working closely with
patients, students and graduates,
Niki has developed a way of sharing
CSOE that is fun, simple, achievable
and repeatable in the treatment room.
CSOE all give the same message and
are produced by the directional energetics
of each element. Move to the energetic
rhythms of the five elements!
Spend
Time with Color: Look at
the five colours as they appear in
nature. Look at groups of faces for
each colour (noting the similarities
and differences). Concealer pencils
and make-up will be used to highlight
the colours, learning how to clarify
these images.
Spend
time with Sound: Listen
to recorded and live voices to
bring out the five sounds: compare
and contrast (with thanks to Dylan
Thomas, T. S. Eliot, the Tao of
Pooh and Te of Piglet). Learn how
to work with your own voice to
convey the five sounds.
Spend
Time with Odour: Noses
in bottles, sniffing high and low
in tents, with and without groups
of same CF.
Spend
Time with Emotion: Create
the five emotions inside yourself
in a safe environment. Learn to
invite your patients into each
emotional atmosphere, to enhance
both your diagnosis and your subsequent
interactions with patients.
